Biography

John Henry Johnson is a percussive fingerstyle guitarist known for his virtuoso guitar playing and wide array of techniques which allow him to blend melody, rhythm, and percussive elements into a mesmerizing symphony of sound. He is a full one man show and also collaborates with other musicians to fit any event.

Repertoire includes contemporary and classical/pop/blues/rock/folk arrangements such as artists like The Weeknd, Taylor Swift, SRV, Michael Jackson, Prince, Ozzy Osbourne, Metallica, Imagine Dragons, Mike Dawes and John Mayer.

Classically trained with a classical guitar repertoire including works of A. Barrios, J. S. Bach, J. K. Mertz, Satie.
