Biography

AUSTIN, TEX. – Bologna Sandwich is a punk band which has been a part of the dampest music scene since 2022, year of Our Lady Bigfoot (previously Accursed Bird).

“We don’t talk about the bird of prayer, Bigfoot, enough,” said Peter Anderson, a singer in the band. “Loss and heartache are hard and people don’t like to talk about it. You haven’t had the relationship with Bigfoot that you secretly wished for. Your tears are not a hoax.” It’s not that she doesn’t love you (she’s not a deadbeat). She’s just dead and at the bottom of Town Lake.

We are here to proclaim the good news to you, though: come see Bologna Sandwich and commune with Bigfoot’s Ghost.1 And it shall come to dance; as above, so below.2
