Americana Folk Singer-songwriter
Albert Reyna is a Central Texas-based traditional folk and Americana artist whose politically charged songwriting echoes the raw, working-class truths of the genre's pioneers. With a sound steeped in country and blues, his original songs—including "Glass House Farms," "Harvest of Shame," and "Americana Arms"—unflinchingly tackle pressing social issues, from immigration and farm labor abuse to judicial corruption. A regular at the legendary Cheatham Street Warehouse Songwriters Circle, Albert has honed his craft in the heart of the Texas listening-room circuit. Having previously toured the Midwest as lead guitarist for folk-rock outfit Madisons ATX, Albert is now carving a distinct path as a solo artist, bringing his powerful narratives to audiences who demand authenticity and substance in their folk music.
